Prayer and Silence contains a beautiful series of contemplative Hebrew
chants that soothe the soul, still the mind and open the heart. The songs
were developed in a retreat setting as a daily morning practice, and the
album is designed to facilitate such practice at home. There is a companion
booklet of sheet music available separately for musicians. The artists
have been leading Contemplative Jewish Meditation retreats together across
the United States for 12 years.
